ABOUT THE AUTHORS
Theodor Richardson is the Online Program Director and Interim Chair for the Information Technology Department at South University. He earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering with a concentration in multimedia and image processing. Charles Thies has a successful track record as an IT executive in business and with the DOD, and is currently an instructor at Tulane University.
